The Model CGS4 was designed to be used in conjunction with our Model 1006 Load Cell
System Tester / Simulator.
The ability to monitor up to four load cells at once eliminates any chance for making errors
when performing the following tasks:
- Checking the system for unequal weight distribution,
- determining if any of the load cells have been overloaded,
- locating a damaged load cell, or isolating faulty electrical connections.

This instrument has been designed for applications with load cells mounted under vessels, hoppers, silos, platforms,or any other kind of weighing systems. The displayed resolution of 99,999 counts, the 4 relays outputs and the 3 logic inputs allow to perform simple weighing procedures with set points control or batch-in / batch out sequences of one ingredient. Through the serial ports RS232 and RS422/RS485 is possible to exchange data with a PLC, a PC, printers and remote displays. In the batch version all the parameters (fine, coarse, in-flight, tolerance) can be stored in up to 50 recipes.
